Program Rules

1. Authorized Use. Lawful income-producing use (rideshare, delivery, employer-authorized use). Personal use incidental only.
2. Authorized Driver Only. Only the approved Member may operate any assigned vehicle unless Company approves otherwise in writing.
3. No Prohibited Use. No illegal activity, racing, towing, off-road, hazardous materials, or policy violations.
4. GPS/Telematics. Vehicles may be tracked for security/fleet management. Tampering is grounds for termination and recovery.
5. Reporting. Accidents/incidents must be reported immediately with documentation.
6. Insurance. PCR provides only state-minimum liability coverage if and to the extent required by law. No collision/comprehensive/PIP/UM/UIM or other coverages are provided unless separately agreed in writing. Member must maintain valid coverage and any required endorsements for intended use.
